Job description
Sparck technologies is looking for a business driven Director Global Services who will be responsible for developing and managing the company's service activities to meet or exceed the company’s and customers’ requirements. In this fast growing organization, there is a need to further professionalize the service activities. It’s important to make the connection between the Sales and Service organization. In this role, you will be part of the Management Team of Sparck Technologies and report directly to the CEO. Strategic thinking, having a commercial approach and understanding service is a must.
The goal is to set up and achieve the overall service program business objectives, deliver revenue and superior customer support. In addition, you’ll manage the growing global service team: 3 service managers and 40 engineers in 6 different countries.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute programs to drive service revenue and margins in assigned areas;
- Implement ongoing forecast and data management processes for evaluation results;
- Maintain excellent customer relationships;
- Further grow, Lead, Develop, and Support new and existing service team together with the Service Managers;
- Collaborate with sales and global teams on projects and in day to day business is a must;
- No fixed work schedule supporting teams across the world;
- Willingness to travel around the globe.
Skills and Experience Requirements

• Over 10 years of proven work experience as a Service Director/Manager in a technical and international environment;
• Education level: bachelor degree/ technical education;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to maintain and manage (potential) customers;
• Be flexible and adaptable to changes;
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities;
• Identify issues and resolve them strategically.
